What you can Expect
Initial Request
When you contact me, whether through the form on the website or via WhatsApp, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your request.
At that time, I can also give an indication of when I would be able to start the painting work.
On-Site Appointment
We’ll schedule an appointment so I can walk through your wishes with you and assess the current condition of the woodwork.
During this visit, I’ll advise you on the best approach for achieving a durable, high-quality result and let you know if any repairs are needed.
If you already have colors in mind, great. If not, I’m happy to think along with you and provide color advice.
After the visit, I’ll give you an initial indication of the expected costs.
Quotation
If you decide you’d like a formal offer, I’ll prepare a detailed quotation and send it to you.
The quotation has a limited validity period, which will be clearly stated on the document.
Starting the Work
Once you accept the quotation, we have an agreement.
All work is carried out under my general terms and conditions, which you will receive together with the quotation.
The expected timeframe for starting the project will already have been discussed during our first appointment.
About two to three weeks before the agreed period, I’ll get in touch to set a final starting date.
Because weather conditions play a major role, setting a fixed schedule far in advance is often not possible.
